Scanners that work down
every aisle, cargo you can
see in transit.

Warehouse wireless designed around racking rather than floor plans, reliable depot connectivity, and telemetry from vehicles, containers and cold cargo.

The pressures behind most first calls

Scanners drop signal in the aisles

Wireless designed from an empty floor plan stops working the day the racking is full. Stock height and metal shelving change everything about coverage.

Depots run in isolation

Each site keeps its own records and head office consolidates by spreadsheet, so nobody has a live view of what is where.

Cold cargo is a matter of trust

Temperature during transit is assumed rather than recorded, so a rejected delivery becomes an argument with no evidence on either side.

Vehicle utilisation is guesswork

Trip records are manual, engine hours are estimated, and nobody can say which vehicles are actually earning.

What we deploy, and why

The components are standard. How they are arranged is what the sector decides.

Warehouse wireless

What we build

Survey conducted with racking loaded, access points positioned for aisle coverage, and roaming tested with the scanners you actually use.

What it protects or enables

Scanners that hold connection down every aisle at full stock height.

Depot connectivity

What we build

Standard network build per depot with site-to-site links to head office and failover where operations depend on it.

What it protects or enables

Live stock and dispatch data instead of end-of-day consolidation.

Cold cargo monitoring

What we build

Temperature and door sensors in cold rooms, reefers and containers, buffering locally and reporting on reconnection.

What it protects or enables

Proof that cargo stayed in range, end to end, with a record rather than an assurance.

Vehicle telemetry

What we build

Location, engine hours and cargo temperature where fitted, fed into your existing systems.

What it protects or enables

Utilisation you can act on and a delivery record you can show a customer.

Warehouse management support

What we build

Network, hosting and protection around your WMS, coordinated with the software vendor.

What it protects or enables

The system stays available during the shift that depends on it.

Power protection

What we build

UPS on core network and server equipment at each depot.

What it protects or enables

Scanning and dispatch continue through the generator changeover.

Yard & perimeter

What we build

Outdoor-rated wireless and camera-ready cabling across yards and loading areas.

What it protects or enables

Coverage where loading actually happens, not only inside the building.

Depot connectivity

What we build

Standard network build per depot with site-to-site links to head office and failover where operations depend on it.

What it protects or enables

Live stock and dispatch data instead of end-of-day consolidation.

Cold cargo monitoring

Survey loaded, build one depot, replicate

We survey with the warehouse in its normal working state, build

and prove one depot including wireless, connectivity and power protection,

then replicate that standard across the network. Cold chain and vehicle telemetry are usually added once the base infrastructure is reliable.

Before you call

Because that is the state the network has to work in. Stock and metal shelving absorb and reflect signal, so a design built from an empty warehouse fails on the first busy day.

Yes. Loggers and gateways buffer readings locally and upload when connectivity returns, so a route through a dead zone produces a delayed record rather than a missing one.

Where the platform supports it, yes. Feeding data into the system your team already uses beats a second dashboard nobody opens.

Yes. Multi-site work runs to a single build standard with centralised monitoring, so support is the same conversation regardless of which depot called.
