It depends on what you already run. Organisations on Microsoft 365 and Windows Server usually land cheapest on Azure. Teams building custom applications often prefer AWS. Google Cloud tends to win where analytics and data work dominate. The readiness assessment answers it with your numbers rather than a preference.
