Term-break rollout, phased by block

Most institutions we work with start with a survey during a term break, cable and switch one block, prove the design in that building, then extend across the campus over subsequent breaks. Administrative separation and backup are usually done first because they carry the highest risk and the lowest cost.

Yes, and we prefer to. Cabling, cut-overs and lab rebuilds are scheduled into term breaks wherever possible, with only low-risk work during teaching weeks.
