Floor-by-floor, during low season

The usual pattern is a survey at full occupancy to see the real load, then cabling and access point replacement floor by floor during a low-occupancy window, with the property management system and front desk protected first because that is where an outage costs money immediately.

Before you call

Yes. Cabling and cut-overs are scheduled floor by floor during low-occupancy periods, and front desk systems are moved last with the old path kept live until the new one is verified.

Not when they are separated. Guests sit on their own network with a bandwidth cap, and operational systems have reserved capacity that guest traffic cannot consume.

We handle the network, segmentation and protection around it, and coordinate with your PMS vendor on the integration itself. Most common platforms are straightforward to accommodate.

They run over the same structured cabling on their own VLANs. One cabling system, documented once, is cheaper to install and far cheaper to maintain than parallel installations.
